Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@dogsmatting.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@dogsmatting.store. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dogsmatting.store with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dogsmatting.store.
